How to Read Odds — Three Formats
Odds on betting sites appear in three different formats: decimal, fractional and American. All three say the same thing — only the way they are written differs. pko generally shows odds in decimal format because it is easier to calculate.
Example 1 — the same odds written three ways
Say Team A wins, stake ৳500. Decimal 3.00 = Fractional 2/1 = American +200. If you win, total return is ৳1,500 (৳1,000 profit + ৳500 stake back). If you lose, ৳500 is gone.
Example 2 — odds for the favourite
Team B is the favourite to win, odds decimal 1.50 = fractional 1/2 = American -200. American minus odds show how much you need to stake to win ৳100. On a ৳500 stake the return is ৳750 (৳250 profit).

Multi Bet Calculation
Three selections with decimal odds of 1.60, 1.70 and 1.80 give combined odds of 1.60 × 1.70 × 1.80 = 4.90 (approximately). A ৳100 stake returns ৳490 — but if any one of the three loses, the full ৳100 is gone. Betting is for entertainment — it is not a reliable source of income.
