pko Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the pko platform. When you use the pko website, create an account or use any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you object to any part of these Terms, please stop using the site.

Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 Key Terms

The following words used in these Terms have specific meanings. Please read them carefully for a clear understanding.

• "Platform" — All digital services provided by pko, including the website and mobile application.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the pko platform.
• "Account" — A personal account created on pko in a user's name.
• "Bet" — A wager placed on the outcome of a casino game or sports event.
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds or benefits provided by pko, which can be used subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Terms" — This document and any policies or rules attached to it.

1.2 Rules of Interpretation

In these Terms, singular words also include the plural and vice versa. Headings are used for the reader's convenience only — they do not limit the meaning or scope of any condition.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account on pko:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and register using your accurate personal details.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• A mobile number may only be used for one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

pko may request identity documents, proof of address or other documents at any time to verify an account. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. pko reserves the right to close an account immediately if a user provides false information.

2.3 Account Login

After creating an account, you can sign in securely using the pko login page. Always keep your login credentials private and do not share them with anyone.

Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password and Access

Keeping your account password and login details secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password — at least eight characters, containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

Any bet or transaction made from your account will be considered as made by you, unless you immediately notify our support team of a compromise of your account.

3.2 Updating Account Information

Update any changes to your personal details (mobile number, payment method, etc.) as soon as possible. pko will not be responsible for any payment delays or rejections caused by outdated information.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately via 24/7 live chat.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for deposits on pko. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Make sure your mobile banking account has sufficient balance before making a deposit.

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
• It generally takes a few minutes for the deposited amount to be credited to your pko account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawals, pko may request additional identity verification. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pko offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit after opening a new account, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. This bonus can be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount 10 times.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
• Bonuses may only be used for personal entertainment — attempting to gain bonus benefits through multiple accounts may result in all related accounts being closed.
• Bonuses may have a time limit — wagering must be completed within the period stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash or transferred to another user.
• pko reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

pko's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% cashback per week, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5% weekly cashback. This cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

Betting Rules and Limits

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. After the result is determined, the relevant bet amount will be automatically credited to or deducted from the account. pko reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting are variable and may be updated at any time before the event begins. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or left undecided, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

pko's casino section offers a variety of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and Teen Patti. Each game has its own rules and RTP — please read the game information section before playing.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market. pko may change betting limits for individual accounts or across the platform at any time.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 Account-Related Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Giving or selling account access to a third party.

7.2 Betting-Related Prohibitions

• Placing bets using betting bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Abusive bonus hunting — placing bets for the sole purpose of meeting bonus conditions.
• Attempting to withdraw bonuses risk-free by placing two opposing bets.
• Any betting activity connected to match-fixing or manipulation.

7.3 Technical Prohibitions

• Attempting to hack, crack or gain unauthorised access to pko's systems.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or errors.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by pko

pko may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• When identity verification is pending.
• When suspicious transactions or high-risk activity are detected.
• When a Self-Exclusion requested by the user needs to be applied.

8.2 Permanent Closure

In the event of a serious breach of the Terms, pko reserves the right to permanently close an account. Users may contact the support team to find out the reason for the closure.

8.3 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, notify the support team via live chat or email. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please read the Responsible Gaming Guidelines and follow the process described there.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

pko aims to provide a reliable service at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades or unexpected technical issues. pko will not be liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Content

pko's platform uses software from various game studios. If a problem arises due to a game or software error, pko will make every effort to resolve it, but pko does not have direct control over third-party game providers' systems.

9.3 Protection of Personal Data

9.4 Maximum Liability

In any circumstance, pko's total liability will not exceed the total amount deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the relevant incident. pko accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Terms & Conditions Changes

10.1 Right to Update

pko reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have agreed to the new Terms & Conditions.

10.2 Notice

For significant changes, pko will try to notify users via their registered email address or through the platform. However, it is the user's own responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly.

10.3 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If any dispute arises, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through pko's support team.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and other related policies together form the entire agreement between pko and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by these Terms & Conditions.
